LaTosha Flowers, M.D.
Dr. LaTosha Flowers is a family medicine physician that provides primary, urgent, and occupational care at various locations in the DFW Metroplex area. She also works at the Military Entrance Physical Unit (MEPS) proudly helping our service men and women begin their careers. Additionally, Dr. Flowers is a medical consultant with past projects that include quality reviewer for home health start-ups and clinic work-flow efficiency advisor.
She was born in Oklahoma and raised in Bay Area of Northern California. Received her bachelor of science degree in Animal Physiology from University of California, Davis (UCD). She attended MEDPREP at Southern Illinois University (SIU) and later graduated from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in Little Rock, AR. Dr. Flowers received her medical training in Family Medicine at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, TX. With a passion for providing quality medical care to all, Dr. Flowers has worked serving the underserved in the Tarrant County Hospital system, maintaing quality of life for residents of several DFW area nursing homes, and responding to urgent care issues of South Dallas communities. Dr. Flowers is also a public speaker who enjoys reaching out to women and adolescents on various topics. She lives by the african proverb "Each one, teach one" and works to teach others how improve and maintain good health and build stronger communities.
