Dr. Natasha E. Rose
Dr. Rose is a board certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician. She received her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Michigan Medical School and completed residency training at Baylor College of Medicine/University of Texas Health Science Center-Houston Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Alliance. She also completed fellowship training in brain injury and stroke rehabilitation at Baylor College of Medicine.
Dr. Rose has been active in participating in all levels of neurologic and general rehabilitation including acute care consultations and acute inpatient rehabilitation at many facilities including Memorial Hermann TIRR Hospital. She served as medical director of both the Memorial Hermann Northwest inpatient rehabilitation unit and Mentis Neuro Health, Houston which treats patients in a post-acute brain injury rehabilitation setting. She owns and practices in a private outpatient practice where she specializes in the management of chronically injured patients as well as in treating spasticity with botulinum toxin and intrathecal baclofen among other therapies. She is currently serving as medical director of acute inpatient rehabilitation at the HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Pearland.
